I spotted this at 23rd and Ninth Avenue last night. James and I were walking with Slava Mogutin following the Bjarne Melgaard "after dinner" with the Leo Koenig gang. He told us that he once saw a poster in Atlantic City offering a reward of $50 for a missing person.
